However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if the product is in the original condition and packaging. Original condition means that there are no marks on the product and the packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition.

If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way, we regret that we will be unable to offer any refunds.

Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and if approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow up to 7 days for delivery to all UK mainland addresses. If your order has not arrived within 9 days of being dispatched, please contact us within 21 days to let us know and we will track the order on your behalf.

Delivery throughout the UK costs £3.50 and is FREE on orders of £45.00 and over.
